Both Cape Town and Sun City are the prized Gems of South Africa.

In Cape Town, ascend the towering table mountain by Rotair. This mechanism has a floor which revolves and gives you a panoramic view of the city and the “fairest cape in all of the circumference of the earth”!

After you’ve descended we’ll take you on a city tour in the hop on/hop off bus.

Then we’ll take you to Hout Bay which is a colourful and entertaining fishing harbour, a picturesque village filled with arts and crafts. You’ll get a first hand experience of how a South African village is like, and also get to interact with the locals!

Optionally, if you want, you can also add a cruise to the nearby Seal Island (famous for sea birds and seals) in your itinerary. During summer, several thousand Cape Fur Seals relax here. Here’s a picture of Seal Island.

Then we will take you to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. The world of flowers is divided into six floral kingdoms and the Cape houses one entire floral kingdom – the Cape Floral Kingdom! You can imagine the diversity of flora and fauna in this area. And then there is the new lighthouse – the most powerful in the world – which beams an electric light of 19 million-candle powers across the ocean!

Optionally, you can even ascend this lighthouse by means of a special rail called the Funicular.

If you want, we can also add a trip to Boulder’s Beach for you. Boulder’s Beach, is home to a thriving colony of some 700 jackass penguins like this:

If there is still time left, we’ll even show you the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, world-renowned for the beauty and diversity of the Cape flora it displays.

After you’ve lapped up Cape Town’s delights, it will be time for the pleasures of Sun City! Deep in the heart of the bushveld, 3 hours from Johannesburg, at the heart of an ancient volcano, lies sensational Sun City – also called Africa’s Kingdom of Pleasure. When it comes to facilities, Sun City offers an enormous range of things to do – both indoors and out. Scintillating entertainment: shows in the Sun City theater, a games and video arcade, a selection of movies in the cinema complex, a “Valley of Waves” water park, and a beach right inside Sun City.. There is also a wonderful selection of shops and boutiques stocking souvenirs and mementos.
