Day 1 – Johannesburg, Pretoria

_________________________________________________

You will arrive today at the O R Tambo International Airport. Our representative will meet you and transfer you to Pretoria Station.

From here, you start your journey by Rovos Rail. Rovos rail is the most luxurious train in the world! You will have a special suite.

You will have lunch in its magnificent dining car. You can relax in the Lounge and Observation cars.

You will travel all day, and relax in your suite at night. The train will stop at a place called ‘Phalaborwa’ for the night.

Day 2 – Golf and Phalaborwa

_________________________________________________

After an interesting breakfast in the dining car, we’ll transfer you to the famous Han Merensky Golf Course in Phalaborwa. Tee off!

Come back for lunch in your dining car. Your luxurious train will now depart towards a place called “Mpaka” in Swaziland.

Enjoy your dinner: savour it in the ambience of Rovos rail.

Day 3 – Royal Swazi Golf Club

Today, after breakfast, you will leave the train and we’ll take you to the Royal Swazi Golf Club in the morning by a special coach.

Tee-off at this magical course!

You will have after-golf snacks.

After an exhilarating golf session, you will rejoin the train at “Phuzamoya” station, where our coach will take you. Enjoy a sumptous dinner in the dining car of the train and relax in your suite as the train pauses at Hluhluwe station for the night.

Day 4 – Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve

Today will be different from other days: we’ll wake you up early for a game drive!

Tea, coffee, juices, fruit and pastry will be served in your car. And then, in true Hollywood style, you’ll board the game vehicles parked right outside your train compartment!

You will stop for a tea break during the game drive. After an exciting session where you may have spotted some of the Big Five, you will be back in the train for an enticing lunch.

Your train will then start off and proceed to Durban. You will have High Tea in the Lounge and Observation Cars.

We’ll serve you dinner in the dining cars.

Day 5 – Durban Country Club Beechwood Course

Have breakfast in your luxury train.

Then, as the train stops, proceed to tee off at Beechwood Course, Durban!

Play all day. Have dinner in the train and relax after an exciting day as the train proceeds to Estcourt.

Day 6 – Estcourt: Champagne Sports Resort

_________________________________________________

After breakfast, the train will stop at Estcourt station. From there, you will depart to Champagne Sports Resort by our special coach. Tee off!

In the evening, you will rejoin the train at Estcourt and then relax with dinner served in your dining car.

Rovos rail will proceed towards a place called ‘Koster’.

Day 7 – Rovos Rail…

Relax in the train. Revel in its comforts. This day is at leisure. Have breakfast, lunch and dinner on board.

Day 8 – Golf and Game

_________________________________________________

After breakfast, get off the train and board our coach that will take you to the Gary Player Golf Club. Tee off! Also enjoy lunch at the Golf Club.

After golf, it will be time for a game drive. There is a good chance that you may spot some of the Big Five of South Africa.

After an exhausting but thrilling day, come back to your train, dine and crash on your luxury suite bed. The train will proceed to a place called “Krugersdorp.”

Day 9 – Pretoria and Back

_________________________________________________

Relax and savour your breakfast as the train stands stationary at Krugersdorp.

You will then depart to Pretoria station from where you can go back to Johannesburg for your flight back to Mumbai!

Ah, your interesting tour has ended…
