- The rates indicated have been converted from ZAR to USD based on 1 USD = ZAR 7.40. So the rates will change based on fluctuations in currency.
- The “from USD X onwards” pricing indicated is for a minimum group of 2 (in some cases 6 and 10) or more traveling together. Call us and we’ll tell you about better deals for individuals or groups.

- Rates are strictly subject to availability of services at the time of booking.

- All outdoor activities are weather permitting
- Smoking is not allowed on the vehicles. Comfort stops will be made en route.
- All flight costs are inclusive of VAT, passenger taxes and navigational fees
- Luggage weight & size restrictions are subject to passenger loads
- Should there be excess luggage, there will be an excess luggage charge
- Smoking is not permitted on the flights
- Delays, diversions and alternative transfer arrangements, due to adverse weather or other factors beyond our control that may affect the safety of the passengers, and the costs thereof, are not included.
- Flight costs are subject to fuel price fluctuations and availability of aircraft
- Should the flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, ILIOS Travel will make arrangements for the passengers to be transported to their destination in the safest possible way & no refunds will be paid
- Credit card payments attract a 5% service fee.

Cancellation policy:
Up to 31 days prior to arrival 10% cancellation fee
30 – 22 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee
21 – 15 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee
14 – 08 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fee
07 – 01 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee
